Who’s behind the scenes?
Tampa Bay Bay Juniors was founded by Randy Dagostino 26 years ago. He remains the Coaching Director and an active coach.  Randy’s bio can be found on the Coaches page. Lauri Dagostino has also been with the club since it’s inception in 1984 and is the Executive Director.  Dee Burgess, Program Administrator, has been with the club the past two years coordinating club activities.  Dave Burgess is the Boys Program Administrator working with our Tampa Bay Invaders.

Our Mission

Tampa Bay Juniors Volleyball Club is a nationally prominent, competitive program dedicated to the personal and athletic development of young athletes through the pursuit of excellence in volleyball, fostering a sense of community throughout the club and promoting leadership in all club members.

What makes Tampa Bay Juniors different from other clubs? Tampa Bay Juniors ranks 12th in the nation for the total number of teams qualified in the Open Division of the US Junior Olympic National Championships. We were the first club volleyball program established in Florida -- 2009 will mark the 25th season for TBJVC. Tampa Bay has been under the same management producing a consistent level of high quality teams, staffing the most experienced coaches who are considered among the best in the region, maintained a nationally recognized Director of Coaches to create continuity throughout the club and has been the backbone of the regions junior club development by providing leadership at the regional and national level of volleyball.
